Woot, I had 2 dreams in my terrible sleep, but I only remember 1 of them.

I'm on an expedition to the Himalayas with a team consisting of maybe 4 good friends. Of which, 2 are girls that are related, twins of some sort I believe. Anyways, we come up to a pseudo-camp site almost large enough to be called a village of tents. We stop over, set ourselves up for the night, and talk with the locals in this village about where to find samples for our research (I don't remember what our research was). There's a mix of people here, in that there are some tents and people who look to be locals and still live by traditional native methods, while there are other tents who are obviously foreign and modern like us. The plan after we're all rested up is to go out and get them!

Well as I was getting myself ready for tomorrow, doing my checks, and then thinking on the day. The girls were what my other 2 friends called, a good match and a really bad love triangle. I sort of blew it off, and didn't really think they thought that way of me. Anyways, 1 of the girls came by and asked to talked. We chatted for quite a while, and then the teasing banter of my friends didn't seem to unreal anymore. We finished talking eventually, and we headed to sleep. However, instead of going to sleep like normal, I decide to stay in my gear and go to sleep. I felt that it would be a good idea to be ready to go extra quickly, and get some more sleep.

Meanwhile, another group of natives that are opposed in some way or another (I am not aware of the conflict between them) to our village. The chief speaks to one of their warriors and all I hear is "It will be done tomorrow. "

I wake up to one of the villagers openning my tent, and yelling at me to wake up, get out, and run away from this village. I wake up, pick up my sabre as he obviously is scared for his life as he ran off after that. I rush out of the tent and check up on my 2 buddies, who are ... already dead. However, the radio was left on and the other side is yelling as to what's going on. I also notice that their dead from very large cuts, so a large sword of some kind. I quickly rush over to the women's side of the village, noting the more bodies around me being indiscrimantly both local and foreign. In the corner of my eye, and for a moment, I could see it was that 1 warrior. Weapon is a long sword with a dagger for a pommel. He eyes me with a glare of not challenge, but saying with his eyes "You're too easy to kill. " When I reach the women's side, it's already had some casualties, but the sisters are still ... sleeping. Good thing though they were in their gear ready to go as well when I yelled at them to wake up, and we have to get out of here.

We run away from the site, unfortunately into a large expanse of flat area of snow and the winds of a storm have come. Wonderful, it's snowing, windy, and a killer is coming for us. I'm not worried about anything though except for the safety of us 3. I'm not sure when during this time though, that I realize that they did both think of me as more than a friend. Either case, it was not the right time to divulge such information as we're in a situation of life and death.

The warrior was not so lenient as he came for us, but his initial attack failed when 1 (the one that did not visit me the night before) of the sisters and I parried his attacks. She was much more aggressive, and so he set his focus to her, thinking she was probably the better of us 2. He made a quick block of her attack to his head, and made a quick riposte that only sabreurs would do... killing her. Unfortunately, during her attack to his head, I attacked him from the back, separating his upper body from his legs at the waist. I knew that she was going to try a head strike for him to block, and I knew he was open because of his focus. We didin't realize though his reflexes were faster than us. So the warrior and 1 of the sisters died, and somehow I realized or thought that despite her feelings she and I knew, that it wouldn't have worked out anyways, and that it would with the other. She was telling me as perhaps while her spirit was still there to live happily with each other.

After that 3 second ordeal, the chopper comes by to pick us up, and we head home.

Back at home, we report the ordeal of a warrior of extraordinary speed, and leave the university building. She comes and asks if I'm okay, and I reply "Well, it'll take some time, but I'll be fine. " and her and I walk down the stairs of the entrance, not hand in hand, just side by side like 2 good friends, knowing someday things will be different once the death of the other sister has got its closure.
